Under the initiative, many new courses would be offered through Steria's four schools of learning namely - Sales, Consulting & Programme Management and Leadership.

The Leadership school, the first to be launched, will offer an eight-month certificate course in Global Business Leadership.

According to Mr. Francois Enaud, CEO Steria, the basic idea of the 'leadership school' is to create a strong learning and development engine to drive its ability for effectively leading in the global economy.

The unique programme will be imparted in partnership with U21Global online graduate school, the prestigious global network active in the field of online education.

The programme would cover a broad spectrum of all the fundamental management disciplines to improve the business acumen and perspectives of potential leaders.

All the programmes are based on a modular approach with a mix of face-to-face and e-learning programme.
