has decided to further strengthen the call centre operations of
its outsourcing hub Scope International in India.
StanChart plans to double its staff strength of its Indian call

the bank said. “Scope International has played a key-role
in Standard Chartered’s success in India and elsewhere. The
upscaling of Scope International’s call centre operations
will support the bank’s plans to increase customer engagement,”
StanChart’s Regional Chief Executive, India & South Asia,

The expansion will support the group’s ambitious growth plans
in the country as well as other markets,” the bank said.
Scope International is planning to increase the size and scale
